So my mom was playing this online poker game that she downloaded to her computer. She was playing and won a huge sum of money. ($20,000). She lives in the state of New York and the money came from Canada where the gambling company is located. Is this legal? Please help! I cannot get her to contact a lawyer. Tell her to deposit the money into the account she initially made the deposit from. Leave it there for 21 days.
